To add fuel to the fire, people are coming to the hotel and paying for rooms, while the loyal players are being turned away!! Last visit we asked to talk to our host when we were told we didn't 'qualify' for a room and were told we don't have a host! What? We've had a host for years. We are having trouble getting into their hotel, with our latest visit being told 'you don't qualify for a room.' What? We go at least once a month, sometimes twice a month, and we lose several thousand dollars each time.
Husband and I both are Diamond players (achieved by March this year!). Progressively, the experience there has become more frustrating. In the beginning it was a lot of fun! People playing around us were happy $$ lasted longer in the machines, and once a while some $$ went home. Have been going to this casino for years.
